Business Measurement
Measurements are crucial to understanding how your business is performing, much like a hospital patient who is being monitored for heart rate, blood pressure and respiration.
There are a host of basic business measures including: Revenue/Income, Profitability, Customer Complaints, Monthly Spending vs. Budget, Hours Worked by Employees, etc.
What measurements and metrics (M&Ms) do you have in place at your company? I'm interested in learning who measures the basics and who has gotten really creative by measuring other key business functions with the goal of continuous improvement!
